Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Austen earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University Bloomington before pursuing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Idaho State University. He has provided skilled physical therapy services to the Richmond area since 2019. Austen has advanced training in a variety of specialized techniques, including dry needling, Mulligan mobilization with movement, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and HVLAT manipulation. He is passionate about empowering patients through conservative care strategies, reducing the need for invasive procedures.
